At her requiems, Drea d’Nur honors those who have transitioned. D’Nur presents a spiritual soundscape, exploring ancestral modalities of sound, movement, and remembrance, allowing us to be present with our grief, our feelings, and with one another. Our first Requiem at Shea’s 710 Theatre was held in November 2022 to help the Buffalo community have a space to mourn collectively. 3 licensed mental health professionals were present for comfort. We welcomed Trinity United Vocal Ensemble from Chicago, Illinois and Choreography by Robin Hibbert.
